Identification of stock reduction by ABC analysis and consumption analysis, Unification potentials
Responsible for availability of spare-parts
Place order, follow delivery day and make sure delivery day reach the deadline.
Review the backorder status and take action on overdue backorder to ensure order completeness
Manage all incoming orders of spare part form dealers
Ordering control and management to overseas, Intercompany and local vendors
Master data administration
Performance of permanent stock control & make the report for inventory
Joint function of training and development requirements, creation of training plan for team members

Level: Specialist
Must have a minimum of 3 - 5 year experience in Spare part Mgt.
Store management knowledge
Spare part Mgnt. And procurement knowledge
Proficiency office software (Word, Excel, Power point).
Have knowledge about SAP system
Fluently communication in English
Coordinate well with colleagues
