Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the PIH IE section to ensure that section's operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals.
Lead and implement project related to production line expanding/modifying and maintenance of machine, related equipment...etc.
Lead and develop strong PIH IE Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.

Have at least 3 years’ experience in similar position, prefer in manufacturing companies.
Graduated from University
Fluent in English (Japanese is preferred)
Strong people management & leadership skill.
Well understand in mold, press machine (repair & maintenance)
Long term and short-term vision
Project management experience
Logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills, Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill, Talent development mind
