- Analyze and implement Substrate MLO design according to customer information and requirements.

- Work closely with SI PI engineer, PCB design engineer, and Mechanical engineer to optimize component placement, layer stack-up, routing priority, and copper plane distribution.

- Communicate directly with customers for questions and clarification.

- Check with fab vendors for DFM specs to ensure the design meets their capability.

- Generating documentation such as Gerbers, Schematic, BOM, …

- Cooperate with other departments for any relative issues.

Have a background in Electronics, Electrical- Electronics, Mechatronics, or relevant.

- New graduates will be trained.

- Candidates have  more knowledge: APD or Cadence Allegro or CAM 350

- Ability to work independently as well as with team members.

- Able to write/communicate in English.
