Stock Replenishment Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Forecast demand based on historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Manage stock levels to optimize inventory turnover and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Implement inventory control measures to maintain healthy inventory levels.
S&OP and Demand Forecasting:
- Support the Commercial Operations Manager (COM) in analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize the monthly purchasing budget.
- Optimize inventory levels based on demand forecasts to ensure availability of the right products at the right time.
- Plan promotions or product launches in alignment with demand forecasts.
Invoice Processing and Financial Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Finance department to process and pay invoices from suppliers.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate cost tracking and budget adherence.
Inventory Optimization:
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.
- Establish safety stock levels and optimize reorder points and quantities.
- Monitor inventory health metrics such as Available-to-Promise (ATP), Days of Inventory (DOI), and Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) items.
Supplier Performance Management:
- Track key performance metrics, including on-time delivery, quality performance, and responsiveness.
- Work closely with suppliers to address any performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
Value-Added Service to Brands:
- Provide supply chain solutions to brands, including demand planning and auto-replenishment.
- Collaborate with brands to understand their specific requirements and develop customized supply chain solutions.
