Recruiting requires handling the following tasks:

• Comprehend needs for recruitment, evaluate job requirements, screen, interview, process, and receive new hires in accordance with the department requirements;
• Conduct efficient website and recruitment source searches;
• Check & collect employee documents
• Prepare weekly reports;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Have at least 06 months of recruitment experience (mass recruitment is preferred)
• Candidates with experience in the field of Finance/Banking are an advantage
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
