Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment plans.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise on talent acquisition strategies and competitive compensation packages.
Employer Branding: Enhance Ozeol's employer brand by promoting our company culture and values through various platforms and initiatives.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
English Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
Skills: Strong sourcing and networking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and candidates from various cultural backgrounds.
Problem-Solving: Proactive, resourceful, and able to think creatively to overcome recruitment challenges.
