CRM Intern is responsible for supporting CRM department’s day-to-day activities and administrative tasks:
- Support execution & operation of Tam Son Loyalty program
- Cooperate with internal/external suppliers in providing suitable gifts for VIP customers
- Support CRM administrative tasks
- Manage gifting inventory
- Do market study & provide fresh ideas to improve Tam Son Loyalty program
