The purpose of the General Ledger Executive role is to check and verify all transactions in ROs, to assist GL Supervisor, and to support External Auditing
· Check and verify all transactions in Cash book and Bank book daily
· Review & checking all data input made by ROs Accountants: all expenses and income
· Support ROs Accountant in the Accounting Department’s daily operations
· Assist GL Supervisor in some other workings of HO when necessary
· Input data entry into accounting software
· Close the accounting period on monthly base
· Check P&L for each tour booking
· Check and follow up AR/AP between ROs with Head office
· Guide to help ROs Accountant to improve skill
· Work with external auditors to assist in audit research, documentation and execution
· Run report as required by Internal & External Auditing
· Provide monthly GL report – INC, PnL,
· Reconcile the cash book, bank reconciliations, balance sheet and General Leger monthly
· Identify areas for continual improvement across Accounting
· Attend regular training courses to keep up to date the industry and global trends
· Keep others informed by sharing information
