• Provide administrative supports to all departments within the organization in technical matters.
• Maintain and manage relevant technical databases in an organized manner.
• Provide periodical reports for Engineering department and Sales.
• Translate of on-demand documents.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager

• Proven work experience related to Technical Clerk, Administration or Customer Service…
• English skills is equivalent to TOEIC 500 (at least)
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Have programming skill is a plus (C#, VBA, VB.NET, Python,...)
• Teamwork, autonomy, carefulness, detail and customer-oriented
• Good prioritizing, organization and communication skills
• Integrity, trustful, positive thinking, open-minded and ability to work under pressure
