- Responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of the telesales team. Specifically, the telesales team leader will carry out the following tasks: assigning tasks to team members, handling issues related to customer orders, and effectively and smoothly managing team activities.
- Monitor and check the progress of team members' work, directing and urging them to achieve individual and team KPIs such as quality, sales, conversion rate, etc. Evaluate the performance of each team member to make appropriate improvements.
- Collaborate with and support the HR department in recruiting new telesales staff. Also support organizing training and retraining programs for the team.
- Work with other departments to promptly address complaints or issues arising during customer service.
- Manage attendance and schedule work shifts for team members in accordance with job requirements.
- Responsible for planning and setting goals for the team to increase revenue and enhance efficiency.
- Train team members, helping them improve persuasion skills, telephone sales skills, and teach communication and teamwork skills.
- Listen to calls and demonstrate to employees.
- Supervise the telesales process and propose necessary changes and improvements.
- Ensure that telesales team members always comply with company policies and regulations.
- Compile and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
