1. Business Intelligence Development
· Design, develop, and maintain BI reports using Tableau and Power BI.
· Create and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to extract, transform, and present data.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements for BI projects.
· Integrate data from various sources into Data Warehouse system to support BI development and ensure data is accurately and efficiently transformed and loaded into BI.
2. Migration of Reports
· Full time migration of hundreds of Tableau reports to Power BI, ensuring the integrity and performance of the reports during and after the transition.
· Work closely with the team to manage the migration process, providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless delivery.
3. Data Management & Analysis
· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within BI systems and reports.
4. Communication & Collaboration:
· Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
· Influence and negotiate with team members and stakeholders to achieve consensus on project goals and deliverables.
· Foster strong working relationships across cultures to ensure successful collaboration in achieving organizational objectives.
5. Process Improvement
· Plan and manage BI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
· Measure and manage work processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in BI development.
