Job Title: Import/Export Intern

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Import/Export Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for final year students to gain hands-on experience in international trade. The intern will assist in managing import/export shipments, conducting market research, and supporting the department with various tasks assigned by the managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow Import/Export Shipments:
   • Assist in the preparation and management of shipment documents.
   • Coordinate with logistics providers and customs officials to ensure smooth transit of goods.
   • Track and report the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
2. Market Research:
   • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the import/export sector.
   • Compile and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
3. Support Tasks:
   • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Import/Export Manager.
   • Assist with administrative duties and department projects

Benefits:

• Base allowance of 3,000,000 VND per month.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a major in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in international trade and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
