As a Trade Activation Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating various events and promotions to drive brand activation and customer engagement. You will work closely with the Trade Marketing team, led by a Senior Trade Marketing Supervisor, to ensure the successful implementation of trade marketing activities targeting customers and consumers. Your role will involve collaborating with agency teams, coordinating event logistics, managing vendors and suppliers, and analyzing event data to optimize future strategies.

1. Event Planning and Execution

• Collaborate with the agency team to plan and execute events, including creating marketing materials and managing all aspects of event activation.
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, including booking venues and contractors.
• Conduct site visits and final inspections to ensure adherence to client and venue standards, addressing any issues promptly.
• Work with the warehouse and admin teams to track event merchandise, check stock levels, and manage repairs or replacements before events.

2. Event Strategy and Coordination

• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to develop an event calendar and align event activities with brand strategies.
• Research and secure suitable venues, negotiate contracts and coordinate logistics with vendors and suppliers.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and create on-brand activations, promotions, and compelling event collateral.
• Analyze event data and customer feedback to improve future events and marketing strategies.

3. Event Management and Reporting

• Ensure seamless event execution by overseeing all aspects, including setup, logistics, registration, and guest experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales representatives and brand ambassadors, to ensure consistent messaging and representation.
• Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.
• Provide post-event analysis and reports, including attendance, sales data, and customer feedback, to evaluate event success and make recommendations for future improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong written, oral, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Good skills in MS Office.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver engaging and memorable event experiences.

• Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably within the beverage or FMCG industry.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret event data and derive actionable insights.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
