Job Description:
- Manage current and potential delivery customer database including Grabfood, SPF, Be and Go Jek, analyze customer’s needs and behaviors to improve conversion on each platform
- Developing channel strategies, planning, execution and investment of sales campaigns to ensure sales achievement monthly
- Coordinating the internal departments to implement the monthly promotion tasks and sales campaign
- Market research & review and evaluate trade campaign, competitor’s actions, and industry data reports (both internal & external) to propose actions plan to capture business opportunity
- Monitor/ Coach/ Train for team members to align the Trade team towards the business objectives
