Training supervisor responsibilities include enhancing Leader’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work:
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with department heads/ Production Managers/Factory Director.
- Work in a team to design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the factory.
- Plan, develop and provide training and host development programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, role plays, scripted service verbiages and workshops.
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Make annual training plan and training calendar for leadership programs with action plans.
