- Import/export goods

- Make the sample to the customers

- Maintain filing, database systems, and inventories.

- Work according to the assignment of supervisor

- Manage detail seal record for shipment

- Connect tightly with production to set up plan for consuming material and pick-up the return items to save the time.

- Do put-away (storage) the items into a defined location for easy pick-up and control.

- Control outbound

- Follow up the orders from production on SAP, control orders -> ask the operator for pickingup with right item, right quantity -> delivery for usage timely + proceed stock-out on systemexactly base on FIFO, FEFO rules.

-          Female, graduated from high school with relevant experience.

-          Certificate in office administration or associate's degree in office management may be required.

-          Strong Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

-          Time management and organizational skills

-          Work Overtime upon request from superiors
