• Sales Performance (50%)
• Closing sales and maintaining relationships with key clients by providing support, information and guidance.
• Working with a parallel sales team to improve customer adoption of the products.
• Managing and monitoring of performance of the B2C business across the business unit..
• Commercial (30%)
• Accountable for vertical/industry strategy and commercial success of the product. Define the vertical needs of domestic express services for Parcel deliveries.
• Identify customer needs from a product point of view, suitable for product management to define business requirements.
• Work closely with customer facing teams to ensure that our B2C services exceed our customer's expectations.
• Work with country and regional teams to identify, develop processes and system based controls to meet minimum customer compliance requirements.
• Responsible for owning the financial targets and measurements in the country.
• Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations and financial goals of the department
• Key Performance Indicator (10%)
• Financial Targets including Revenue, Profitability
• Sales Targets including FTB, FTS, SOW, Pipeline velocity, Sales funnel management, ASP
• Others (10%)
• Support commercial areas as and when required alongside the business to ensure overall project success and acceptance of the stakeholders
