JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Customer Support
- Technical Assistance: Help customers resolve technical issues with products.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose problems and provide solutions or escalate to higher-level support when necessary.
- Customer Training: Educate customers on how to use products effectively.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided. Besides, collect bad reviews from customers.
- Generate reports: Reports and Statistics on the number of causes and payment rates weekly, monthly, quarterly) provided to QC department.
2. Customer Intelligent
- Handle issues, build relationships and SWAT.
3. Customer Experience
- Customer Onboarding: Assist new customers in getting started with products or services.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support.
- Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn (if any).
4. Others:
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.

Monday - Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 17:00
