Job purpose:
HR Business Partners play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives. They serve as trusted advisors to senior management, providing valuable insights to enhance organizational performance and productivity. By understanding business needs, HR Business Partners develop tailored HR solutions, fostering employee development, talent management, and succession planning. Their strategic focus on workforce planning and employee engagement contributes to creating a positive work culture and driving sustainable business growth.
Main duties:
- Act as an advisor to business leaders on issues relating to policy interpretation and employee relations.
- Supports the resolution of complex people and employee relations issues, escalated through HR Operations within agreed governance.
- Serve as a liaison with other HR teams such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Systems/Operations to coordinate the development and execution of programs, systems, and processes to be used by the brand/business unit to support the business.
- Provide guidance to managers and associates for HR related concerns including lower risk associate relations and the performance management process, development of business objectives and individual development plans.
- Partner with Total Rewards to communicate and implement programs related to Compensation & Benefits to ensure compliance and to meet the needs of the brand/business unit.
- Drive the development and implementation of solutions to employee relations issues.
- Promote and establish positive employee relations and promote a high level of employee morale.
- Collaborating with HR teams to support employee training and development initiatives, promoting continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Other tasks are assigned by HR Head/ BOD.
