Ensure KPIs regarding to sales revenue, number of successful calls and QA score (to be discussed during the interview process)/ Đảm bảo các KPI về doanh số, số lượng cuộc gọi và điểm QA (sẽ được trao đổi trong quá trình phỏng vấn)
Take care of new and existing customers to ensure customer's satisfaction and upsales/ Chăm sóc khách hàng mới và hiện tại để đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng và khuyến khích khách hàng sử dụng thêm dịch vụ
Prepare the weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as per line manager's request/ Thực hiện các báo cáo về công việc theo tuần/ tháng/ quý theo sự yêu cầu của quản lý trực tiếp
Be able to work in shift, including late shift (from 13:00 to 22:00)/ Có thể làm việc theo ca, bao gồm cả ca tối (13:00 đến 22:00)

Job Requirement
High school graduation/ Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên
At least 6 months of experience in sales, telesales or callcenter/ Có ít nhất 6 tháng kinh nghiệm liên quan đến telesales, callcenter hoặc sales
Sales-mindset, able to develop a strong sales pitch and effectively towards closing sale/ Có tư duy bán hàng và khả năng chốt sales hiệu quả
Strong sense of enthuasiasm, responsibility and be able to working under high pressure/ Nhiệt huyết, trách nhiệm và có thể làm việc dưới áp lực cao
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner/ Giao tiếp tốt, giọng nói rõ ràng và tác phong chuyên nghiệp
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Biết sử dụng tin học văn học Microsoft Office
Proficiency in English is a big plus (communication level)/ Có thể giao tiếp tiếng Anh là lợi thế
