The jobholder will take main duties and responsibilities as follows:
▪Payroll:
- Calculate monthly salary, bonus and salary increment in accordance with Company policy.
- Make monthly Payroll report, costing report and other statutory report for relevant authorities.
- Operate HR Software effectively to ensure smooth processing of Payroll.
▪ Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance:
- Register social, health and unemployment insurance contribution for new employees.
- Do monthly social insurance reconciliation report.
- Manage employee’s Social Insurance Books.
- Make claims for social insurance benefits and follow up payment for employees.
▪PIT:
- Do PIT declaration and finalization for local employees and expatriates.
▪ C&B regulation update:
- Update new regulation of the Vietnamese law and Corporate’s rule regarding to C&B policy.
- Support HR Manager to implement and develop C&B policy.
- Work closely with relevant Government Offices such as Tax, Social Insurance Authority, etc.
