• Work on shifts to handle inbound channel of CRC Sports VN (through emails, hotline, social channels, …)
• Respondly to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive, empathetic, and professional experiences for customers
• Communicating and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
• Knowing products inside and out to give the best consultant for customers.
• Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
• Collecting customer database
