Job Description

Proactively engage in targeted outreach initiatives to cultivate new business opportunities for admissions enrolment process

Experiment with a variety of email and phone strategies to initiate conversations with prospective school and district partners and service providers to generate leads and ensure the conversion rate

Work and manage the Admissions team to identify target accounts and pursue strategies to engage those accounts to earn more leads, qualified leads and customers

Collaborate with the agency and in-house marketing team to align messaging and campaigns for lead generation efforts.

Act as the supervisor for all area within the Admissions team, providing cover for the primary Admissions cum Customer Service Officers during absences and extra support in busy periods.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights and market feedback.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM and other software that might apply into the future.

Delivering presentations to key school and district level stakeholders in a consultative and engaging manner that effectively communicates and articulates our pedagogy, research, features, and benefits.

Identifying and proactively reaching out to priority, high potential accounts.

Develop professional proposals and communications to help generate leads.

Maintain accurate market forecasts, provide market feedback and share competitive information to management.

Seek out and participate in networking activities to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders that will lead to a future pipeline of opportunities.

Job Requirement

A University Bachelor's Degree of Business Management, Marketing, Sales Management or a related field is a must. 

Proven track record of success in a business development role, with demonstrated ability to identify, establish and maintain relationships with executives, and ROI reporting.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience of writing and presenting proposals

Team player, keen to work with internal/external team members to develop outstanding results for the School and the education group

Experience of developing and managing budgets

Willingness to travel across the cities and provinces if necessary to attend events and client visits and event operations. 

A knowledge of business development or organisational development processes

Good personal and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload in a busy and sometimes pressured environment;

Have a flexible approach to work and the duties to be carried out;

Business related degree or strong educational background

Experience of marketing, sales or development of management development programmes

Experience of sports and event organizing business development within a business school or commercial training context

Experience of using CRM software to track business development activities and Microsoft Office and others that may apply in the future.

Active user of social media for professional marketing and social outreach.

Good communication with all APU partners and related departments and other schools to make sure all of the sales lead would convert into the customers.

Ability to self advance personal and technical skills over years to adapt the changes of the society 

Fluent in English and Vietnamese are assets
