Manage the brands/ category handled based on the 4 Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, and Profitability). Be responsible for volume, value, gross profit, brand contribution of brands/ category handled. Be responsible for developing and execution or annual business plans/ marketing campaigns that are geared towards achieving targets set for the brands/ category handled. Work with agencies (advertising/ research) for branch communication development Take into consideration consumer insights generated through market research. Manage Advertising and Promotions budget. Lead development of new products. Regularly conduct brand review to ensure that brands/ category performance is in line with targets set at the start of the fiscal year. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement
BA in marketing, communication, business, or related field At least 3 years brand management experience in FMCG Have experience in New Product Development and Launching Highly flexible/open-minded, resourceful, and practical. Good Project Management Skills. Results Oriented, keen in Execution. With strong analytical skills and sound entrepreneurial spirit. With grasp of market research – quantitative (including Retail Audit) and qualitative. Understands business financials. Good at computer skills (word, excel, power point) Advanced English skill, both in speaking and writing skills
