Be in charge of general management and operation of the BD Department.
Take an active approach towards identifying opportunities of new projects (especially in Industrial Construction); create project development plans.
Identify market opportunities by building good relationship with potential clients.
Coordinate with other partners in consulting/designing to identify market opportunities.
Implement other task assigned by the BD Division Director and the BOD.
Job Requirement
Knowledge: University (or post-graduated) in Construction/MEP/Business…; more than 7 years of experience in project development; at least 03 years of experience in a similar role.
