Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain good relationship with customer by:

  • Receive and respond to customer complaints, aiming to resolve the issue at the earliest
  • Analyze complaints to understand the root cause and identify trends or recurring problems
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve complaints, ensuring a consistent and fair approach

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

  • At least 01-year experience related in: Customer Service, Call Center.
  • Excellent & clear communication skill.
  • Proven experience as a Complaints Manager or similar customer service role
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
  • Working experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
  • English communication skill.
  • Flexible with work schedules/shifts and work arrangements.
  • Customer Service mindset.
  • Can work in shift.
