Order intake & forecast management
- Control all order intakes, key in, and manage without any missing
- Manage forecast for the company
Manage Deliveries & Transactions:
- Control the delivery plan and meet the deadline to deliver goods to customers by proactively collaborating with sales, customers, delivery providers, and an internal supplier (Tietex Asia) to control all deliveries.
- Complete internal documents to ensure deliveries and transactions are done correctly, and properly according to the contracts, and regulations.
Liaise with Suppliers:
- Work closely with logistics suppliers (carriers, trucking companies, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective and sustainable cooperation.
- Ensure customs declaration documents (if any) are done on time to match the delivery of goods to customers without being late.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on customer service tasks on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Use data and analytics to propose improvements to optimize the process.
- Report issues and trends related to CS management.
Support and Develop Team:
- Develop CS team.
- Communicate goals, strategies, and work processes to the team, ensuring understanding and proper execution.
- Motivate and encourage the team to achieve the company’s business goals.
Ensure Compliance and Service Quality:
- Ensure all CS processes comply with company regulations and legal standards.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided to customers meets the highest standards.
