· Supervise the progress of Import and Export orders (booking, opening declaration, preparing shipping document…) through the company.

· Cooperate with forwarding companies and customs broker to receive machinery, equipment, materials and accessories on time.

· Prepare, submit to and get import approvals from customs for import license of machinery, equipment, materials and accessories.

· Research and comply with legal requirements affecting export and import machinery, equipment, materials and accessories to and from overseas.

· Prepare & review all documents and records on imported and exported cargo and to revise accordingly before it is allowed to be moved from ports of entry or exit.

· Update and review all Import/Export docs in order to arrange required documents for shipments.

· Other tasks will be discussed during the interview

Colleg or University degree
