- Develop and regularly update the organization's crisis communications plan
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries during crisis situations

4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and engage with key external stakeholders, such as industry associations, community groups, and government entities
- Represent the organization at relevant events, conferences, and industry forums
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support customer and client communications, as needed
5. Digital and Social Media:
- Manage the organization's social media presence and online reputation
- Develop and implement a content strategy for the corporate website and social media channels
- Monitor online conversations and respond to inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
6. Internal Communications:
- Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across the organization and its subsidiaries
- Support the rollout of key internal initiatives, programs, and announcements
