Job description:
- Responsible and accountable to lead the teams to achieve company's sales and growth targets, including individual targets.
- Understand market trends and needs, advise and implement appropriate business strategies.
- Owns customer relationship with a view to continuous improvement.
- Accountable for the receivables collection debt.
- Establish a sales training program to train and develop new and existing team members.
- Corrective action and identify Sales risks.
- Weekly / Monthly / Annual Report as required to General Director.
- Lead weekly sales meetings to tactically manage sales volumes, pricing, complaints, collections etc.
- Represents Sales during Head of Department meetings, works with other functions to resolve issues.
- Perform other tasks required by Management Team.
