We have over 28 nationalities and more than 90 passionate employees.

Are you skilled in promoting, supporting, and developing businesses, fluent in both English and Vietnamese, and passionate about the travel industry? If so, we're looking for a dedicated Representative to join our team at VOS.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote the company's services and offerings to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

2. Bring on new business

3. Product development and targeted market growth.

4. Maximize profit margines on groups

5. Support the company's initiatives by actively engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and addressing their needs.

6. Contribute to the development of the company by sharing insights, feedback, and suggestions based on market trends and customer feedback.

7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach.

8. Participate in networking events, fairs, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company and establish valuable connections.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).

2. Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of travel trends, products, and services.

3. Familiarity with local markets and destinations within our operational scope.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

6. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

7. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and booking systems.

8. 3-4 years of relevant experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry.
