Job Description

Objective of role:
Ensure the recruitment target, research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.


Key accountabilities:
RECRUITMENT & EMPLOYER BRANDING (80%)
- Complete full circle of recruitment to meet hiring requests/targets for current/new projects on time.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Develop candidate pool for mass interview
- Maintain long-term, trusting relationships with past applicants and actively seek new potential candidates.
- Source candidates via recruitment channels such as web advertising, referral, social media, networking - Able to develop these recruitment channels.
- Plan and conduct selection and interview processes ( CV/tele screening, mass-interviewing for store levels..) - Organize career fairs or recruitment events.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other
pertinent details.
- Managing offer process - including providing up to date salary/rate and market information, and comparison data from recent hires in the business area.
- Conduct the onboarding training for new joiners for non- managing levels.
- Conduct follow-up orientation and internal surveys for enhancing employees' satisfaction.
- Prepare KPI recruitment/headcount reports on monthly/quarter basis.
- Contribute to develop and maintain Employer Branding Strategy for Company
- Perform other tasks supporting opening projects assigned by HRM


EMPLOYEE RETENTION (20%)
- Update of Team Org Chart and Staff Information list.
- Organize internal events and activities for employee engagement.
- Follow up Training plan and Execution to enhance learning spirit among the Company.

Job Requirement

 - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition role, experience in luxury retail industry is a plus. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. 
- Familiar with mass interview for store chains operation 
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards. 
- Interested in Employer Branding. 
- Comfortable in a high demand, fast paced and intellectual environment. 
- Strong relationship-building skills. 
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles. 
- Able to travel to other provinces for Recruitment activities.
