Job Description

  • Performing a strategic recruiting, screening and interviewing program, conducting and analysing exit interviews, exit clearance for resignation staff, recommending changes. Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing, develop talent pool or social engagements. Work with third party about advertisement services in recruitment.
  • Coordinate and develop partnership with strategic local/international universities or hiring partners;
  • Actively carry out, join in activities and initiatives for the purposes of talent acquisition and employer branding. Work with cross-functional to align and activate properly and timely the recruiting.
  • Managing these systems regarding HR functions, statistics to track and measure recruitment efficiency, HR reports that need required.
  • Preparing p-files and accounts for new hires on boarding according to policy company, perform the induction training for new hire on the first working day.
  • Follow-up training commitment, org chart, referral bonus, work permit for expats, annual training as required by company.
  • Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

Job Requirement

  • At least 3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge and competencies in recruitment, including newest approaches using social networks or other practices.
  • Understanding of system such as Fusion, HRIS, Lucie.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Sociable person with strong capabilities in interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of human resources management in general, as well as labour market, HR trends, …
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Ability to work under high pressure and strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
