• Planning and finding new customers, approaching the market, do marketing goods.
• Finding, approaching, and exploiting the potential customer sources of GW from consultants, and strategic partners such as building management, and departments….
• Consulting, presenting to customers about services: design, interior design or build (office, resort/hotel, restaurant, apartment, showroom…)
• Negotiating design contracts and building contracts with customers.
• Tracking the contract implementation process.
• Carrying out tasks in the contract negotiation phase, such as processing information and customer requests, doing documents related to the sales department, contacting partners, coordinating internally with other departments to make quotations and deal with the contract, tracking the project’s schedule, cost,…..
• Participating in research, proposing adjustments to target market strategies.
• Joining in interviewing, and surveying the market and customers.
