Calling and caring to customers who want to buy Brother products.
Giving guidance of product's usage at showroom or overphone.
Making carry - in customer survey.
Updating warranty card information into system.
Follow up customers who want to buy products or join workshop and send information to Sales person.
Doing frequently reports: monthly report, special report.
