- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing for app, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth hacking strategies.
- Experience in managing media performance teams and overseeing digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
