- Recruitments: sources and filters candidates for the employment of workers professional employees.
- Trainings: conducts orientation programs new workers and new employees, targeted trainings for workers.
- Source personnel when there are needs of recruiting workers and employees.
- Screen and filters candidates, with tests and initial interviews, for Line Manager’s review and for General Director’ s selections.
- Conduct orientation programs for newly-recruited employees and targeted trainings for workers.
- Process and cross-check payroll calculations with members.
- Employee relations: assistance in dealing with employment contract termination, conflicts, violation of company regulations in accordance with the Labor Code, Company Regulations.
- Perform other works, related to performance of the department, as assigned by DM/SM.
