• To carry out production schedule and achieve planned targets.
• To fulfill all work instruction as directed by management and coordinate all production schedulling with the various departments concerned.
• Assist in regular stock-taking and in-process materials.
• To issue purchase orders for local raw materials for production use
• To manage the inventory of finished goods & raw material in hand
• To determine raw material requirements for production & purchasing
• To manage production material planning & control
• Follow up production schedule
• Ensure that finished products achieve the customer of sales forecast about quantity
• To liaison with Purchasing,Sales,Technical,QA dept on in-coming QC inspections
• Ensure that all raw materials received are as per specifications
• To direct capacity planning & control & recommend overtime requirements
• Scheduling and supervising all phases of production (daily, weekly and monthly) from material to finished product
• To study, develop new methods, equipment and system and recommend changes to cut costs.
• Responsible for proper recording and control of the plant at all times
• To prepare report for staff meeting on production planning requirements and efficiency.

Education Qualifications:

• Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in related discipline
• Proficient with Microsoft Office package such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years in a manufacturing /Production Planning & Control  environment or in a relevant field.
• Must be fluent in spoken & written English
