CORSAIR MARINE VIET NAM is an Australian Luxurysailboat builder to supply customers around the world, especially in the USA,Australian, EU and other areas.

We arelooking for a highly effective Purchaser to purchase multiple categories oftechnical products to serve for production needs. The Purchaser will be incharge of the whole P2P process for assigned categories/ material SKUs,handling work in a dynamic working environment which includes new supplierdevelopment, new order handling, payment arrangement, delivery management,quality problem solving, etc.

Title: Purchasing Executive

Category assigned: Electrical Parts, Home Appliance,chemicals

Number of SKU: 1000-2000 (70% oversea, 30% local)

Reporting line: Report to Planning & PurchasingSupervisor/ Asst. Purchasing Manager

B. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Performpurchasing process to issue new orders in the ERP system.

· Followup and expedite orders to ensure parts arrived on time as scheduled.

· Arrangefor pick up of parts and material under Exwork delivery term and arrange forpayment for POs.

· Checkshipping documents such as Inv, PL, BL/AWB and transfer them to the logisticteam for implementing the importing process.

· Sourcealternative parts, suppliers, ensure supply continuity and quality of products.

· Negotiatewith suppliers for achievement of competitive purchasing price, on timedelivery, and improvement on other commercial terms.

REQUIREMENTS

·        Prior experience in handlingpurchasing, managing delivery for a large number of items (1000-> 2000material SKUs) for at least three years is critical.

·        Good negotiation skills both inEnglish and Vietnamese

·        Good skills of Excel

·        University, college graduationor the like is required. Supply Chain Certification is a plus.

·        Prior experiences in handlingpurchasing for technical parts, chemicals, accessories is desirable.

·        Can do attitude

·        Open minded person  

·        Demonstrated ability to learnnew things quickly and apply the new things in daily work effectively.

·        Familiar with multiple taskshandling.

·        Familiarity with working withERP systems for purchasing functions.
