Talent acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for senior and junior roles
- Identify position requirements and appropriate recruitment channels
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Manage pipelines until offer acceptance
- Ensure compliance with employee referral policies for internal applicants
- Continuously improve hiring process for a better candidate experience
- Manage onboarding process for all levels
- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal leadership team
- Accurately manage candidate and requisition database
- Provide insights and reports on hiring progress as requested
Employer branding:
- Collaborate on driving projects under the approved Employer Branding plan
- Provide support for company activities such as events and workshops
