Job Summary:
The Trade Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to drive traffic to stores and brand awareness. This role involves coordinating with external agencies, managing in-store activities, ensuring accurate product representation in catalogs, and handling promotional materials and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate must possess advanced office skills and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Catalog Publishing:
- Coordinate with external design agencies and the Commercial team to publish bi-weekly, category-specific, and country fair catalogs.
- Ensure all product information is accurate.
- Manage DOIT registration processes for catalogs.
- Develop and manage necessary POSM Materials
2. Fair Promotion:
- Create and develop POSM in accordance with in-store decoration guidelines.
- Execute promotional activities for fairs, ensuring all materials and displays align with brand standards.
3. Execution of In-store Activities/Events/Consumer Promotions:
- Oversee DOIT registration for all in-store activities.
- Prepare and distribute hosting instructions for promotional events.
- Coordinate the decoration and setup of POS materials and displays.
- Purchase necessary equipment and materials for in-store promotions and events.
4. Supplier and Partner Management:
- Handle all paperwork and payment processes for suppliers and partners.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments.
