I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Purchasing & Logistics Operation:
Prepare all require information and data for purchasing operation to create and process the order include but not limited to: product, pricing, tax, customs documents, vendor information and related agreements.
Work with vendor to confirm production and on-time capacity as well as prepare the related documents for shipping and customs clearance.
Provide weekly/monthly production schedule and daily tracking with vendor to adapt shipment plans.
Responsibility on inspection schedule and inform to related department like QAQC teams.
Following up closely shipping and customs clearance progress, update other internal departments and external customer if needed.
Work closely with Forwarder/ Customs Clearance/ Trucking/Domestic Warehousing Partner for smooth operation, manage their performance and payment.
Solving ad-hoc issue during and after order delivery.
Make sure all orders are planned with most efficiency & on time delivery.
2. Vendor & Payment Management:
Manage the outstanding balance of Logistics Partners and Vendors, work with FA team for payment scheduling.
Process the payment documents.
Work closely with the suppliers‘ representatives, develop the daily communication so that Y4A can be alerted of their issues in material, manufacturing or warehouse capacity, build a win-win approach to develop a solution for supply chain requirements and issue.
Manage the overall and step-by-step performance of vendors and work with them for improvement plan and as well as prepare the back-up plan.
3. Data management & analysis:
Manage master data for PO, loading plan, products, logistics database, …
Manage and handle demand from AMZ, calculate container load and optimize container.
Analyze existing data to find AMZ‘s behavior.
Manage MTS for each vendor.
