• Organizing events at the provinces under HCM branch management

Decorating classroom:

• Decorating iSMART classroom
• Hanging the iSMART advertising board at the school gate
• Contacting the vendors/ suppliers
• Coordinating with PM and IT to do the survey and complete the installation
• Decorating the classrooms in other provinces under HCM branch management

Content:

• PR: write articles after each event, update website and Facebook,....

Paper work:

• Advance and refund expenses under MKT Department

Using basic design software:

• Photoshop, AI, Premiere…

Filming, taking pictures, editing videos:

• Filming
• Taking pictures
• Editing videos

Attitude and skills:

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to handle heavy workloads, adapt to different working environments and solve arising unexpected situations

• University degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management,....
• At least 1-2 years experience at the same position.
• Priority is given to candidates working in agencies and companies related to Trade marketing.
• Knowledge of advertising, media industry.
• Good command in English.
• Flexibility in communication and problem solving.
